Here's a list of my most commonly asked questions. If you have additional questions please feel free to message me directly.

Q: Do you take custom orders?

A: Yes, I welcome custom orders.

Q: How do I place a custom order?

A: Message me directly. Either via the Contact Us page or via social media. Have info like sizes, themes & colors ideas ready and I'll make the magic happen. 

Q: Can I order off the website?

A: Yes

Q: Do you ship?

A: Yes I ship in the USA only. Unfortunately I do not ship over seas or outside of the USA.

Q: How long do orders take?

A: My turn around time is 2 weeks to make an order. Shipping after that usually takes an additional 3-5 days.

Q: Do you accept RUSH orders?

A: Yes. You must message me if needing your ordere Rushed prior to purcahse. This is to ensure I have the necessary supplies available as well as time availability depending on other current orders.

Q: What shipping carrier do you use?

A: I currently use the United States Post Office (USPS) 1st class & Priority Mail. As I add new items I may use additional shipping carriers.

Q: Can I track my package?

A: Yes, upon shipping you will receive an order update with a tracking number. 

Q: Do you accept refunds?

A: No. No exceptions. Unless there is an error on the part of That's Sew Alicia. I am not responsible for packages once they are dropped off at the post of including any damage or shipping delays. If you would like to purchase insurance with your order (this is optional) please message me for additional costs.

Q: How can I track my package?

A: Please visit the USPS website and enter the tracking number provided on your order.

Q: If I live locally can I pick up my order?

A: Yes, if you live in the Mobile Alabama area you may pick up your order.

Q: Can you make this?

A: I get asked that question a lot. Usually followed by a pic found on the internet. If you don't see it on my website, or something similar, message me directly with your pic & request. If I can make it I'll give you a price quote. If I can't I be upfront about it.
